Holding:
Our charges for securely holding keys to your property are 100 Euro plus I.V.A. per annum.
Key holding with security checks:-
In conjunction with key holding we can carry out security checks on your property either weekly, fortnightly or monthly with prices starting from 215 Euro (inclusive of I.V.A.). This would include checking the structure of your property, electrical items and installations, airing the property, flushing through the drainage system and regular clearance of your mail box.
