A major area of our company, apart from Property Management is our building and maintenance section. Ray has worked within the construction industry for more than 35 years. He was a contracts manager in the U.K working for a large midlands based company and dealt with major projects for clients like British Rail, Woolworths, Marks and Spencer and the British Museum. Additionally, he spent three years as a construction tutor, teaching bricklaying, carpentry, painting & decorating and health & safety at a local training centre. After moving to Spain he quickly adapted to using the Spanish equivalent building materials assisted by his Spanish speaking colleague.
